all nature
by circumstance
cleaves as it erodes
through happenstance
particle and wave
go their ways
nature holds to nature
we cleave to our natures
push-pulled back
take ocean shore
stake the moon
you’re a cat playing ball
i’m a dog to a bone
wash the sand from your feet
dust it back into sea
count how many faint stars
till full light rounds back
we hold to our natures
push-pulled
round the track
